More than just fully furnished rooms, Coliwoo offers a holistic residential experience – complete with essential services, shared facilities, and curated bonding events. This model fosters meaningful connections among a diverse residents, including expatriates, international students, and locals seeking independent yet socially engaging lifestyles.

Establishment of the co-living business under LHN Limited.

2019

Launch of Coliwoo Boon Lay, the first co-living property.

Launch of Coliwoo 1A Lutheran, expanding the brand’s footprint.

Portfolio Diversification & Market Penetration

Building on its early success, Coliwoo broadened its portfolio to include student hostels, serviced apartments, and co-living hotels – expanding its appeal to a wider demographic while establishing a strong presence across key neighbourhoods in Singapore.

Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Expansion
In collaboration with MOH Holdings and the Singapore Land Authority, Coliwoo entered the institutional lodging space and adaptive reuse of heritage sites. Projects like the healthcare lodging facilities and the redevelopment of Bukit Timah Fire Station showcased the brand’s ability to align with national priorities and innovate within existing urban infrastructure.

Contract signed with MOH Holdings Pte Ltd to design, retrofit and operate lodging facilities for healthcare professionals at Ulu Pandan Road and Boundary Close.
