Each unit, averaging 15–20 square meters, is thoughtfully co-designed to feature an en-suite bathroom, queen-size or twin beds, a kitchenette, and a dedicated workspace—making it ideal for remote work and modern living. This modular design approach allows for the rapid deployment of new properties.
For example, we successfully transformed underutilised shophouses at 288, 298, and 268 River Valley Road into vibrant co-living spaces through smart design and efficient furnishing.
